Oakwood Powder Room Remodel

These clients were ready to update their powder room in their Oakwood home. The remodel involved moving the vanity into the water closet and switching to a corner toilet that would take up less space. The original vanity space was to be switched to a dry bar with a wine cooler, and the entryway was to be widened to open up the space better to their hallway and living room. This project also involved remodeling their laundry room. The goals for the laundry room were to make the old laundry chute space more functional, add wall mounted extendable drying racks to free up floor space, and add new cabinets for better storage.

We removed the carpet in the bathroom and added new hardwood floors and finished them to match the existing wood floor in the hallway. We installed all new cabinetry in the bathroom and bar and added quartz countertops and gold hardware. We added new cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and shelving units to the laundry room and replaced the flooring with a hexagon ceramic tile. We built a custom cabinet for the old laundry chute that made the space easily accessible.

Our solution to make our clients old laundry chute more functional.
