One of the most important questions you will ask yourself when deciding to remodel your home will be who to hire. Chances are if it comes down to choosing between two remodelers one of whom is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and one who’s not, you’ll want to take the CGR.

Here’s the why: CGRs and graduate master remodelers (GMRs) have earned professional designations from the National Association of Home Builders specific to the remodeling industry. To put it simply, you will be doing business with a remodeler who is constantly improving his or her craft and will focus on your project will the proper knowledge and experience to see it start to finish.

To maintain the designation, all CGRs must meet nationally defined criteria; continuing education requirement every three years in addition to carrying workers’ compensation and liability insurance. He or she must also maintain a valid business license where required by their state.

By pairing the Zengel Group name with the CGR initials means that our company is committed to providing you and your loved ones with a remodel that surpasses expectation. We are happy to answer any questions you may have ahead of your remodeling needs. Some points to consider include what sets us apart from other remodelers in the area; how often do we plan to work at the job site; how are communications handled; and what environmentally responsible construction techniques do we use?
