FAQs

+ Does your work include any sort of guarantee or warranty?

All of Zengel Group's materials and labor are covered under a full warranty for 1 year following the completion of your project. Various material warranties may extend beyond that timeframe.

+ Do you provide free estimates?

During our initial consult, we will discuss your project and provide a ballpark estimate based on similiar projects we have completed and historical data. Sometimes this range is large, however our sales process allows us to get a more exact cost.

+ What if my project and budget don't align?

For many, remodeling a home will be one of the largest investments they make in their life. Often times, clients have multiple projects to complete in their home, but are on a limited budget.

We often create a “master plan” for homes, with the ultimate goal to build out the projects in phases. Creating this master plan allows us to ensure that the final home will feel well designed and cohesive.

+ Do you provide handyman services?

We are a design-build firm that specializes in projects requiring multiple trades. Because of this we do not do home repairs, window replacements, siding repairs, drywall, flooring, etc., unless they are apart of a large project. We are always happy to refer you to one of our trusted trade partners if you are in need of any of these services.

We are always happy to discuss your project to determine if we are the right company for it.

+ What makes Zengel Group different?

Our team has over 100 years combined experience in all aspects of building and remodeling. Our past clients have chosen Zengel Group because they value the expertise and craftsmanship we provide. Clients are always impressed with the amount of communication, organization, and professionalism we bring to every project. Check out reviews from past clients on our Awards and Recognitions page.

+ How many remodeling projects has Zengel Group completed?

Zengel Group has completed over 170 large scale remodeling projects since it was founded in 2012.

+ Why do we need a design completed to get a proposal?

When your project involves moving walls and fixtures around and we don't have a design in place, we can't prepare a detailed proposal. We need the dsign to give you an accurate price for your project instead of a rough ballpark. A design also helps you visualize the new space. It's much easier for us to make changes to the design now than during construction.
